Return due to substandard product or skin
troubles:
In
20 days after the product delivery from the ware house 100% of the cost can be
refund. (The regulations of return, refund and exchange are based on Article 14
of Internet Cyber Mall standard terms of use.)
In the case of credit card, if one already
completed the payment but the preparation of the product is not done yet, we
will cancel the payment. In the case of skin trouble, we will refund the price
of the product after we received pictures about the damaged skin, doctor’s note
or other medical certificate from the hospital and also after we had consultation
about it.
However in the case of product return due
to skin trouble, if the problem is not caused by the product’s quality but the
product is not matching with consumer, then the gift products which were
provided with the main product should be returned as well. If the gift products
were used then their cost would be deducted from amount.
But you need to be careful to apply for
return in 20 days after the ware house delivery (the regulations of return,
refund and exchange are based on Article 14 of Internet Cyber Mall standard terms
of use), because that is the only case you can receive 100% refund.
If you completed the payment through bank transferring
then the price of the product will be sent to your bank account. Also the gift
product should be returned as well, if it was used it will get deducted from
the price of the main product.
Return due to consumer’s change of heart
not because of skin trouble
The same way, if you apply for return in 20
days after the ware house delivery (the regulations of return, refund and
exchange are based on Article 14 of Internet Cyber Mall standard terms of use),
because that is the only case you can receive 100% refund.
Although if the case is categorized as“the
product was not used”but in the end it found to be used, then the return of it
will not be accepted. If the gift product was used it will get deducted from
the price of the main product. Also in this case the cost of the delivery will
be charged on the costumer.
