First we would like to apologize to you for the inconvenience. If the ordered product is not what was supposed to arrive, or the contents of the product has spilled or flown out, or if the product was substandard the exchange of it is possible.

You should apply for exchange through a one-to-one inquires, and after the consultation we will collect the product from your delivery address.

After confirmation we will process the product quick delivery to your address.

In this case Labottach will be charged for all costs of the process.
